“Our air conditioner stopped working on on one of the hottest days of the season. We were told probably couldn't get anyone here until 4 pm. We went to buy a window unit to get us thru until they could get here. Jake called before we got home and said he was on his way. He was here repaired the unit and gone by noon. He was very professional and friendly and is our Hero.”

“Yesterday Richard Sampson came to perform our first maintenance on our new Trane unit. We did not think our thermostat was working properly. He discovered two issues while he was here. One was that the 2nd stage hose was not connected, and two that the thermostat was not sealed properly. In spite of fixing these two issues, he determined the thermostat still needed to be replaced.
Richard was very thoroughly and knowledgeable with his diagnostics. I highly recommend him and prefer to have him come to our home to perform all future maintenance.”
“Corbin showed up right on time, was professional with a great personality. He did a thorough check of our gas furnace. I enjoyed the experience of his being here and making sure we're good for the winter season. Central City's technicians and installers have always done a fine job on our heating and air conditioning installations and service. Corbin is a good addition to the staff.”

“We had an issue with our unit that Central City installed about a year ago. Apparently had a bad board from the factory. Wayne quickly made the diagnosis, ordered the part for us and came back and installed it. Super friendly. Answered all my questions and made friends with our dogs. Great service.”
