“I want to say how quick, professional, and outstanding it was to work with Wade this morning. A tech came out before the weekend (I don't know his name as I was not here at the time) and my unit is non-repairable so Wade came out to go over my options today. We discussed the possible units and what needs ti be done and he was absolutely WONDERFUL. A new unit has been purchased and I'm just waiting for install now! I asked that he come as EARLY as possible due to me needing to go to work today, I was not expecting 730am but was so grateful he came that early!! “Our air conditioner stopped working on on one of the hottest days of the season. We were told probably couldn't get anyone here until 4 pm. We went to buy a window unit to get us thru until they could get here. Jake called before we got home and said he was on his way. He was here repaired the unit and gone by noon.
