“We were really pleased how quickly you all responded to our service call, and John was very helpful with diagnosing & fixing the problem quickly. We purchased a new HVAC system with Central City last year and have been very happy with it. Yesterday, 1/8/15, our heat stopped working. We called and John came out within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, fixed and answered all the questions we had about what happened. It was a frozen drainage pipe and not the new system.
