“Yesterday Richard Sampson came to perform our first maintenance on our new Trane unit. We did not think our thermostat was working properly. He discovered two issues while he was here. One was that the 2nd stage hose was not connected, and two that the thermostat was not sealed properly. In spite of fixing these two issues, he determined the thermostat still needed to be replaced.

All equipment worked perfectly during the recent single digit cold temperatures! The gas heat is very, very, wonderful, warm heat, but I have to admit the electric heat from the Mitsubishi split unit not only put out a comfortable warm heat, it also worked perfectly during the recent cold single digit temperatures. The air conditioning from all equipment also worked perfectly when tested after install during the warmer weather. I highly recommend Central City Heating & Air Conditioning.”
