“This follow-up maintenance from yesterday. Richard installed a new thermostat – very thorough in checking that everything was working as intended.”
“Yesterday Richard Sampson came to perform our first maintenance on our new Trane unit. We did not think our thermostat was working properly. He discovered two issues while he was here. One was that the 2nd stage hose was not connected, and two that the thermostat was not sealed properly. In spite of fixing these two issues, he determined the thermostat still needed to be replaced.
Richard was very thoroughly and knowledgeable with his diagnostics. I highly recommend him and prefer to have him come to our home to perform all future maintenance.”

Wayne quickly made the diagnosis, ordered the part for us and came back and installed it. Super friendly. Answered all my questions and made friends with our dogs. Great service.”

“The original install date was for a day that was expected to have a lot of rain. Wade called the day before, and was able to send the crew out that day. Chris, Brad, and Chip did an outstanding job. All the work was explained before they left. Would definitely use Central City for any other work I needed done.”
“I purchased a Trane gas furnace / air conditioning split unit and also a Mitsubishi split unit (electric A/C and heat) a couple months ago from these folks. I rate the equipment and ALL folks involved with the selling, installation, calibration, and answering all of my many questions as an A+ and 5 out of 5 stars. I personally want to thank them all (in order of when I met them): Wade, Jim, Donnie, Brad, Chip, Chris, Ronnie, Shawn, Tiny, Tristin, and Ryan. These folks worked with me every step of the way including working on Fridays and all my requests of equipment installation locations indoors and outdoors of my home. All equipment worked perfectly during the recent single digit cold temperatures! The gas heat is very, very, wonderful, warm heat, but I have to admit the electric heat from the Mitsubishi split unit not only put out a comfortable warm heat, it also worked perfectly during the recent cold single digit temperatures. The air conditioning from all equipment also worked perfectly when tested after install during the warmer weather. I highly recommend Central City Heating & Air Conditioning.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Central City. From the office staff, the technician who came out to evaluate the problem, to the sales team, the installers, and every person I had any contact with…everyone was polite, knowledgeable, fair and honest.
The technician took a great deal of time explaining everything that was wrong, what my options were, and the reasons for his recommendations. The salesman was wonderful and worked with me to figure out the financing. The installers were great, as well. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished.
I contacted several companies before deciding on Central City. After meeting with them I felt that they were completely trustworthy and I would be comfortable having them in my home. It was a good choice, and I highly recommend them.”
